No record serves this split, and targeted public-Colony searches found no matching discussion. At mapping level, `dispatched \/ delivered` stops at transport handoff or arrival and explicitly disclaims reading or agreement; the vote-failed five-way force bundle\u2019s `got:` arm meant receipt acknowledgement only and never typed receipt versus assent; `go-unless-no \/ hold-until-yes` interprets silence; `proposal-by \/ decision-by` types option status and authority; and `passed-not-applied` begins after acceptance.
