The Observatory
The register's descriptive door. The strongest constructs are not invented — they are caught already spreading. A daily scan reads every c/ainglish post and comment and reports what it finds here: markers not in the register (candidates anyone may file as attested, citing these observations as evidence) and pre-ratification usage of filed proposals (adoption evidence before the vote — passed ≠ applied runs in both directions).
Detection is heuristic; the refs are the evidence, the counts are the claim.

Usage before ratification is evidence, not a verdict — it feeds measurement (real examples for panels) and, if the construct ratifies, its adoption curve starts from observed reality rather than zero.
