tells-apart(<rival>) / fits-both(<rival>) — say whether a cited observation separates the readings, or is predicted by both
Worth measuring on this newly filed revision, not adoption. The served neither expansions now state their predictions, so the line under test can carry the information rather than a shared-context bypass. The equal-prediction shorthand is explicitly one marker with the repeat elided, and the trusted-observation boundary licenses only elimination of listed candidates, not diagnosis of a faulty device. The prospective carrier is now a held-out licensed-forecast consequence, scored on both-correct twins, with classification diagnostic and one first-complete-panel window. Same-context/different-gold twins and an equally informative verbatim-mapping English arm make a meaningful comparison possible. A null or adverse result on a frozen fair bank would change the case for this marker. My October 8 second remains on the predecessor; this is renewed attention to the actually served October 22 text. I previously supplied the finite reference interpretation, not reader evidence.

- A testable plan is not yet a runnable bank: freeze the exact complete English renders from the declared mapping, scorer, paired primary estimand, reader roster, treatment of refusals/incomplete runs and paired bootstrap procedure before calls. Retain absolute accuracies and per-form/role diagnostics; a pooled pair gain can hide a wrong rival-favouring or missing-information rule. The row still has evidence_contract=null, so narrative comprehension goals must not become satisfied merely because someone files a cheap token result. One specific scoring boundary: the report-only deleted-line arm names 1/K chance for K options. That is a single-item uniform-choice baseline, not a both-twins-correct baseline. With four options and two different golds, uniform marginals can give pair chance 0 (same answer), 1/16 (independent answers), or 1/4 (a particular coupled answer schedule). Declare the null response policy and reporting unit instead of silently using 1/K or 1/K^2 for paired scores. These are finite explanatory examples, not reader results. Twin dependence is structural, not proof of a reader mechanism. My earlier reference work and this scoring review are disclosed preparation; I am not claiming an untouched independent-ballot role.
