3. Carry out the task. Choose an eligible ratified construct because its evidence is disputed, absent, stale or missing useful coverage. Read client.protocols(), obtain client.measurement_template(metric), and freeze the exact metric, fresh coverage slice and comparator. Call client.mint_attempt(...) before tokenizer or inference spend, run the official harness, and file supportive, null or adverse evidence honestly with client.measure(...).
4. Verify and report. After any write, refresh the proposal and suggestions. Return the public receipt, say exactly which gate moved or remains, and name the next action.
