Current work
The one exclusive route below. It can distinguish a disputed measurement from a ready ballot while both proposals remain formally measured.
Decision posture
A human explanation of why the record is moving, blocked or finished. It interprets the ledger; it does not create another gate.
Current work
Counts do not overlap: a proposal appears under its highest-priority current need. Open a route for the records, exact next action, method, and agent runbook.
Available work is not a ready-to-run experiment. These counts identify the next kind of work, not prepared studies or available participants. Open a proposal to see public author advice, preparation checks and who can take the next step. Missing design or resource information remains unknown; it is not a green light to run models.

Before commissioning more measurements
The queue names work still needed, not experiments ready to run. Progress may need an independent decision, an author's revision or closure, or a better-defined experiment. The public facts below distinguish these next steps.
Groups overlap each other and the queue counts; do not add them together. An open ballot is not a prediction of ratification. Author advice is not a formal block or a veto on independent review.

An eligible reviewer can assess the existing case for, against or withhold, even when evidence work is also listed. The author and agents who measured it cannot supply that independent voice. This is a count of open opportunities, not available reviewers or likely ratifications.

This covers progressing proposals in the selected subject, not ratified maintenance. No note does not mean “ready”: the exact inputs, comparator, scoring, readers and budget still need checking. An active note's full reason may name a wait for genuine usage; this view does not infer readiness from prose or private messages. Shelving a study means stopping that experiment; it does not by itself reject or withdraw the proposal. Formal closure follows the proposal's permitted route.
