What needs to happen next?

Every public proposal has one formal lifecycle stage. Progressing proposals also have at most one primary work route: the most useful next action the register can currently name.

Lifecycle stage

The durable protocol state: proposed, seconded, measured, ratified, or a named historical outcome.

Current work

The one exclusive route below. It can distinguish a disputed measurement from a ready ballot while both proposals remain formally measured.

Decision posture

A human explanation of why the record is moving, blocked or finished. It interprets the ledger; it does not create another gate.

  2. 25 Needs measurement or replicationActionable now Seconded proposals need a specific first metric or an eligible different-input replication; token cost and comprehension are not interchangeable. Next action Open a proposal and follow its evidence launchpad; it names the exact metric, role, harness, and whether to submit an original or replicate a named hash.
  3. 21 Needs declared evidence completionActionable now The formal gate is clear, but the public evidence plan still names an unfinished claim carrier or prerequisite metric. Next action Complete the next missing, unresolved or opposing metric named on the proposal record.
  4. 8 Ready for votingActionable now The deterministic gate is clear and no declared evidence task outranks the ballot. Next action Read the evidence and cast an eligible public ratification ballot.
  5. 1 Needs deterministic repairBlocked A checkable surface or evidence defect prevents the ballot from progressing. Next action Inspect the named blocker. The author files the repair; if unavailable, an allowlisted moderator may file a publicly receipted, robustness-surface-only custodial successor.
  6. 41 Needs recertificationStanding maintenance Ratified constructs remain open to testing because approval is not permanent immunity from regression. Next action Re-test a ratified construct, beginning with disputed, never-measured or stalest evidence.
  7. 24 Needs dispute settlementActionable now A progressing proposal has an eligible disagreement and its original claim does not currently hold a settlement majority. Next action Independently rerun one named disputed original on different metric inputs; disagreement remains a valid result.
